Your Personal Trainer

Vanessa Hohenwarter

I wanted to channel my passion for fitness and my desire to help others embrace active lifestyles into a career so I became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) in 2013.  I am additionally a Women’s Fitness Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist and Group Personal Training Specialist.  As a CPT, I have also been a group fitness instructor and a coach with multiple youth sports programs including RunFit Kidz, Southwestern Youth Association (SYA) and i9 Sports.

Since having children, my personal fitness journey has experienced its own challenges.  My workouts have ebbed and flowed; I’ve worked out alone and in groups, at the gym and in my studio, as early as 4 AM and as late as 10 PM… but one component has remained constant:
I feel so. much. better. when I’m moving!

I know this is the case for almost every human being and I so want everyone to feel AMAZING and ENERGETIC in their own body... to wake up each morning ready to tackle the day with pep in your step!

 

I believe living a healthy, energetic lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit mind and body. I work one-on-one with clients or in small groups and objectively measure strengths and weaknesses with a variety of assessments. From those assessments, I design safe and effective exercise programs to help reach fitness goals and guide every workout.  I provide general health information and basic nutritional guidance that encourages long-term, healthy behaviors.  My customized, organized and fun approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and full of energy!  I have the knowledge, the tools and the desire to help you achieve your fitness goals – and I’m excited to be your partner on your journey to your best you!
